when you think of the word "Avocado," chances are you think of a little tune in your head. You know the one that goes "Avocados from Mexico." And yes it is true about 45 percent of the entire world's Avocados are from Mexico. The Mexican avocado market was worth about 4 Billion dollars in 2022. Mexico as a whole would probably not survive on its own without the green gold we call avocados.
